Top Fry Nakuru RFC will from this Friday host the 29th edition of the Top Fry Great Rift 10-aside rugby competitions.

Champions Menengai Cream Homeboyz RFC are in Group A, which is considered the group of death, alongside Kenya Cup finalists Kabras Sugar RFC, Western Bulls RFC, and Makueni RFC.

Group B has Strathmore Leos RFC, Menengai Oilers RFC, Stanbic Mwamba RFC and Resolution Kisii RFC.KCB RFC, who beat Kabras for their second consecutive Kenya Cup title, has been handed a relatively easy group, where they will face Mean Machine RFC, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) and SportPesa Quins.

Hosts and crowd favorites Top Fry Nakuru RFC are alongside Nondes RFC, Resolution Impala Saracens RFC and Kenyatta University’s BlakBlad in Group D. 

The tournament will keep rugby lovers busy for the long weekend, which starts on Good Friday to Easter Sunday.
