[Photo|BBC]All is set for Tuesday's October 7, by-election.Electoral body, IEBC has said it is ready for the by-election in Kitutu Chache South constituency, where electorates will be heading to the ballot to elect a Member of Parliament, from a list of seven candidates who are contesting for the seat.The by-election came after a Jubilee Party candidate, Leonard Mwamba died in a car accident on July 14 at Nyakoe area along Kisii-Kisumu road.The constituency has five County Assembly Wards with 115 polling stations and 59,017 registered voters. Former area MP Richard Onyonka who is vying on a Ford Kenya party ticket is seen as the man to watch in the race.A communication from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission confirmed that two other by-elections will be held on the same day starting 6am to 5pm.Another by-election will be held in Bogichora ward, in Nyamira county, where election was postponed after Jubilee Party candidate, John Onsumu Okebiro died four days to the elections.IEBC will also conduct a by-election in Masalani ward in Garissa County, following the death of Jubilee Party candidate Ibrahim Abdullahi Muktar on July 5th, in a road accident.Campaigns for the by-elections over the weekend.
