This follows Raila's constant accusations on the head of state of using unfair political tactics ahead of the repeat presidential poll.He reiterated the same claims while on a campaign trail in Mombasa on Sunday telling Uhuru that influencing those who had lost the August elections to join his team won't give him any legitimacy.“He (Mr Kenyatta) was here recently for the auction of those who lost in the elections. I can assure you that no money has been used to influence anyone. There are pressing needs of the people that the President is busy addressing. No penny would be spent on such,” said Manoah.The recent one to join jubilee from the coast is the former Wiped Party secretary general, Hassan Omar.
