Kenyans are counting hours to the general election and the IEBC has exuded confidence in doing a good job.The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission accredited to conduct this election has over the last several months been busy with this preparations. Kenya has invited various election observers and by the end of last week, observers both from Kenya and outside the country have also been going around inspecting some of the preparations.To this end, John Kerry, former US Sec of State, speaking at the national tallying centre at the Bomas of Kenya this morning said that he is satisfied with the preparation by IEBC.Kelly insisted that IEBC is expected to provide a free and fair election which would guarantee peace during and after the electoral process.
