Mandera Member of County Assembly Amina Gedow Hassan has mourned the death of a Ph.D. student who died in Australia.
The deceased was a Ph.D. student pursuing Ph.D. in Psychology in Australia.
“It is with deep shock and sorrow that I have learned of the sudden demise of the daughter to my longtime neighbor and friend, Nadifo Shariff Abdurahman,” stated the MCA.
She noted that the student was a brilliant hard working young lady.
“She was such a brilliant, hardworking young lady who always behaved decently. The bright smile you always wore on your face and the closeness to my children especially my first born Zubeyda and Bukari will always remain in my heart,” mourned Gedow.
Gedow stated that her death will be of great loss not only to their family but the entire community.
“My sincere heartfelt condolence goes to the bereaved family. May Allah fill your hearts with Sabr this trying moment,” She said.
