Opposition's NASA alliance lawyer and Rarieda member of parliament has defended Siaya senator James Orengo's earlier threats that the alliance will coronate its leader Raila Odinga should President Uhuru Kenyatta be sworn in for a second term.

Speaking on JLK Wednesday,Amollo who however said that the topic is better left to the Senator for further interpretation maintained that the President never won in any of the August 8 or October 26 polls and his coronation would be illegal.

''It is better to understand the context in which Orengo put his words. He meant that Uhuru does not qualify to be sworn in only saying that the alliance will react by swearing in Raila in demonstration should his inauguration come to pass,'' said Amollo.

The alliance has rubbished both polls claiming that the earlier poll was tampered with.It has alleged that the national poll body IEBC is a player in the scheme to deny Odinga his rightful win hence the body's refusal to open its servers as was directed by the Supreme Court.

NASA has also reduced the October re-run to a mere opinion poll saying that it does not recognize both the exercise and its results declaring the President the winner.

It went ahead to boycott the entire exercise.
