Apples actually help in weight loss. They also reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Apart from its health value, an apple is delicious. Some more than others. Green apples and deep red apples don't taste the same. 

You can also extract juice from apples. Benefits of juice is that it is easily digestible. The apple has been broken down and it's easier for the digestive system. 

When you buy apples in bulk, store them in the fridge. If not, store them in a cool place to keep them fresh.
