Hon. Namwamba you were a first time MP and Raila made you a powerful Minister.

Your second term in parliament the party leader endorsed you as the chairman of Public Accounts committee with all the power and perks it comes with you had the privilege to enjoy and your character betrayed you when you forgot the business of being a PAC chairman you got corrupted and went to bed with the looting Government that you were supposed to keep on check for the public good.

You can't blame Raila for making you lose the seat. Same Raila was still not done with you, he went ahead to appoint you the Secretary General of the party and you absconded duties when the party needed you most.

ODM supporters with other Cord leaders were demonstrating to have the IEBC restructured you were not there.

Later you purported to have been on paternity leave you went ahead to say that you did not believe in the process of demonstration as a means to have the IEBC reconstituted.

But the opposition and the government agreed to come to a table have talks to restructure IEBC after the more than 5 weeks of anti-IEBC demonstrations that you opposed. Do you now see the Cord anti- IEBC demonstrations fruitful.

Do you remember telling our party supporters not to vote along party lines but to any individual yet you are the secretary general for the party? How do you expect the party to move forward if this is the ideology you are passing on to the party members?

If you had genuine reasons to be tabled to the party organs over your complaints you as the secretary general understands more than anyone else the channels to solve such in a manner that is good for the party but instead I only remember you calling a press conference issuing threats that you will quit the party.

The party leadership took a positive move and called a meeting specifically to give you a hearing and in 2 weeks time you were given a chance to go back with your final decision to the committee. It is bad after being nurtured politically by ODM, you claim to resign from the party.

Party members  have no issues with you. Why leave your position and ditch ODM before asked to do so even after failing to deliver your duties as the secretary general?

Remember many leaders who have left ODM have faced political defeat the likes of Musalia Mudavadi. Do not be a victim. ODM is set to meet on Tuesday to decide the way forward.
