Political analyst Prof Herman Manyora now says that Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has no space in the Jubilee Party.
Speaking during the AMLive show on Tuesday, Manyora noted that the Jubilee administration had plans beyond 2017, and that Kalonzo can never be comfortable with that since age is catching up with him.
"The Jubilee guys have planned for positions all the way to 2042 and the guys in the opposition, age does not favour them as you can see," he said.
"After Uhuru there is Ruto and after Ruto probably it will be Uhuru's son or any other person. By then Kalonzo would be approaching 100 years," he added.
He also advised the Jubilee Party to be wary of the opposition unity saying the principals have no other option but to come together in the run up to the August general election.
"My advice to Jubilee is that they stop sitting pretty hoping that the NASA guys are not going to unite. If they are going in that direction, they have already lost the elections," he said.
"The opposition are not together because they love it, they have zero options. They have nowhere to go," he added.
