According to the International Law scholar, the failure of the Jubilee government to obey court orders to allow Miguna back into the country has put his legacy in the bad light.

"I personally take this with Uhuru Kenyatta and am telling him off and his presidency, his legacy has just been destroyed and he has destroyed his legacy on Miguna Miguna issue, his government can actually refuse to obey court orders in broad daylight," the lawyer angrily said.

Miguna Miguna had been deported to Canada six weeks ago after he was accused of commissioning the 'oath-taking' by Raila Amolo. However, the court has since suspended the bid to deport Miguna after they asked the ministry of immigration to process and facilitate the return of the firebrand lawyer.

Speaking to an interview in one of the local TV stations, professor Wajackoyah criticised the government terming it as a dictatorial state after it forcefully tried to deport Miguna for the second time.

"Kenya has become a dictatorial state or is in the process of becoming a proper dictatorship.' said Wajackoyah.
