Dr Richard Bosire on Saturday said the duo have been issuing title deeds and giving out money to resettle internally displaced persons with an aim of endearing themselves to voters ahead of the August 8 polls.
"The president and his deputy are bribing voters ahead of the August polls.They are issuing title deeds and giving out title deeds with an aim of getting electoral favors," he told NTV.
He added that it was equally unconstitutional for the Jubilee administration to advertise their achievements on the media saying the move was unjustified.
Both National Super Alliance (Nasa)and their Jubilee counterparts are currently embroiled in a war of words over the intergrity of their campaign financiers with Jubilee accusing their rivals of being funded by corrupt cartels.
