Business men have been told to invest in swimming pools in Kisumu.
Kisumu investors analysis officer Simeon Asunga speaking today at imperial hotel at an investment forum targeted to a number of willing investors, he encouraged investors to build more swimming pools in the region to attract income.
“The region is a sun prone region and swimming pools are business that would sell due hot sunlight in the region besides swimming pool would act as source fun to the region dwellers,” noted Asunga.
The investor analyst emphasized at the forum that before them investing they needed to check and know on what to invest on as it would help them attract income out of the property invested.
“In order to properly invest in every region, investors needed to do more analysis by checking proper venture to invest in a given area,” Asunga said.
Kisumu county investment analyst counterpart Joseph Wanjala also reiterated on the essence of proper investment asking investors to build more swimming pools in the region noting the region was a sunny region.
Wanjala challenged the officials concerned with hospitality to make sure hospitality in the region was properly enhanced not to scare away the investors. He further asked the investors to analyze and study an area before putting an investment.
