Bungoma ANC officials have threatened to boycott the party's nominations set for tomorrow Tuesday citing lack of appropriate communication from party headquarters.
They said that their efforts to have a successful exercise was being frustrated by officials in the national office.
Bungoma county branch secretary Martin Waliaula disclosed that they have written to the party boss about the structures that have been put in place for the exercise.
However, he said that the officials have sidelined them all the same.
“We know certain people have fake party membership cards that they intend to use to rig in their preferred candidates and that is why we wanted the party register to help us verify our genuine members,” Waliaula said.
