ANC's National Executive Council and Parliamentary Group on Friday started a 2-day meeting in Machakos to discuss the 2017 elections.
ANC is expected to discuss the formation of the super alliance ahead of the 2017 polls.
The meeting will also review political developments in coalition building.
In a statement on Friday by the ANC secretary general, Godfrey Osotsi said that issues to be discussed include a revised party constitution as approved by the Registrar of Political Parties with a view of filling the created positions.
"We will deliberate on how to operationalize corporate membership with a view to welcoming other parties that have requested to be corporate members of ANC and discuss the party road map to 2017 elections," read Osotsi's statement apart.
