Eldoret High Court on Wednesday adjourned for the third time the hearing of murder case against a prime suspect in the brutal murder of three Kapsoya MCA aspirant's children.

The family of James Nyambane, father to the killed children was angered by the decision to adjourn the case yet again.

Deputy Registrar of the Eldoret High Court Mildred Munyeken told Nyambane's family lawyer that the case could not proceed as Justice Daniel Ogembo who is handling the matter is currently hearing election petitions at the Lodwar High Court.

Prime suspect in the murder case Enock Onsanse has been in remand since he pleaded not guilty to all the charges he's facing in June.

The prosecution has lined up several witnesses among them two minors.

The three children were reported missing about 7 months ago at Kapsoya estate in Eldoret town while on their way to the nearby Eldoville SDA church before their bodies were later found floating in River Nzoia.

Postmortem conducted on the three bodies indicated that the children were strangled to death before they were dumped into the river.

Hearing for the case will now begin on March 12, 2018.
