The Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) has called for a comprehensive audit of the election process.
ACK head, Archbishop Jackson ole Sapit has said an independent body to carry out the audit, which should include electoral reforms.
“As a country we must take seriously the audit, review and reforms needed to take the country forward,” said Sapit.
Ole Sapit noted that the 2013 post election audit, in which review and reforms were exclusively carried out by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), left out other stakeholders.
