Singer and self-declared leader of single mothers Akothee has launched a scathing attack on 'broke men'.

She directed her attacks on broke men and said that they are fond of spreading negative rumours about women just because they cannot control the women financially. 

"Men who can't control a woman financially have big mouths. They gossip more than women. They fear the truth and spread the rumours faster than lightning. Calpolis (Someone call police). Broke niggas on one side," she said.

The artiste is currently on a tour of Europe. 

Her trip has seen her perform at an Italian event earlier this week.
