[Photo|Nation]Tension is high in Kisumu County ahead of Supreme Court's presidential election verdict slated for Monday November 20.Irate residents on Sunday torched a truck near Central police station, with eyewitnesses saying the driver sped off after knocking down a pedestrian in Nyamasaria. The youth are demanding that the Supreme Court judges should nullify Uhuru Kenyatta's victory in the October 26 controversial fresh presidential election.According to them, they did not vote and so the election did not meet the legalities for Uhuru to be declared the president. The youth also barricaded the Kakamega-Kisumu highway inspecting vehicles, saying they were unhappy following morning killings of at least five people in Nairobi's Ruaraka Constituency.Confirming the incident, Nyanza regional commissioner Leonard Katana told the Nation that his officers were alert ready for any insecurity cases on Monday.
