[Photo|@Philip Etale]A section of angry youth in Lifunga village, Ugunja Constituency in Siaya County took to streets, protesting against arrival of IEBC chairman Wafula Chebuka and CEO Ezra Chiloba, at the burial of their colleague.They used stones and twigs to mount roadblocks on major roads heading to the home of Christopher Chege Msando, saying he was betrayed by the two IEBC chiefs.The late IEBC ICT director who was buried, Saturday August 19, went missing on July 29 only for his relatives to find his body at Nairobi’s City Mortuary.Mortuary attendants said the body was taken to the mortuary by police officers who found it at a thicket in Kikuyu, Kiambu County.The youth in Ugenya also claimed that Chiloba and Chebukati stole Opposition leader Raila Odinga's victory, at expense of Msando's death, and gave to incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta."If we meet the two, we will force them to go back to Nairobi," said one of the youth, as they said they would search all vehicles entering the home of Msando, to ensure they do not enter.

However the two leaders attended the burial ceremony, and joined other mourners in sending off the late husband and father of four.Calls for justice for Msando was reiterated by various leaders who attended the ceremony.They include Nasa co-principals, Musalia Mudavadi and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula.Others were Siaya Senator James Orengo, Kisumu Governor-elect Prof Anyang' Nyong'o, Siaya Governor Cornell Rasanga, and Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi.
