Kenya Premier League side Bandari FC is set to play a friendly match against National Super League side Modern Coast Rangers FC on Saturday at the Mbaraki Stadium, Mombasa.

The match comes barely two weeks after the two sides played another pre-season match in which Rangers humbled their Coastal opponents 2-1.Confirming the duel, Rangers Secretary General Ferdinand Ogot acknowledged receiving an invitation from the Dockers, who are out tom make amends following their 2-1 loss in the previous encounter."We have been invited by Bandari to play a friendly match this Saturday. It is a clash we are looking forward to since it gives us opportunity to gauge our squad's abilities and ensure that the boys are fit during the pre-season," Ogot said.Bandari who recently did a lot of panel-beating on their squad have not won any of their past three pre-season matches; losing on two occasions and drawing once.

The KPA-sponsored side is gunning for the KPL title in the 2017 season having lured league-winning coach Paul Nkata from Tusker FC.
