Thirdway Alliance leader Dr Ekuru Aukot launched an attack on IEBC over the repeat presidential elections.
This is after IEBC released a statement stating that only President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga will be on the ballot.
Through his Twitter account, Aukot said that the decision to lock out six other candidates was illegal.
He said that he will be heading to court seeking to challenge the decision.
‘Decision by @IEBCKenya to lock other presidential candidates out of #FreshElections is INVALID ILLEGAL, NULL & VOID We Are headed to Court,” he tweeted.
On Friday, after the win of president Uhuru Kenyatta was nullified, Aukot called for the resignation of IEBC for conducting a sham election.
