[Photo|Nasa coalition]Nairobi police commander Japheth Koome has warned opposition's National Super Alliance (Nasa) against planned rally on Thursday.Nasa led by James Orengo and Boni Khalwale had welcomed coalition's supporters to a rally at Kamukunji grounds to rehearse on how they would receive leader Raila Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka on Friday from abroad.The Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet banned the planned welcoming ceremony from JKIA.Shortly after the ban, Koome issued the below message through the National Police Service, Wednesday."Nairobi Police County Commander states that no public processions or meetings will be allowed in the vicinity of schools during current examinations season,following a request by KNEC. Therefore, tomorrow’s planned NASA rally is not permitted."
