A road accident along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway has left several people injured.
Eldoret-based road safety instructor Moses Keguro sustained injuries together with his wife and four children.
The December 23 crash occurred after a car they were travelling in collided with a matatu van.
According to the Standard, the matatu had just dropped passengers when it rejoined the road at high speed.
The family was rushed to Mediheal Hospital.
Speaking after he received medical attention, Mr Keguro said they were thankful as their injuries were not very serious.
Police are trailing the driver of the matatu who immediately went into hiding and left his passengers stranded.
