[Photo| @KenyaRedCross]Another road accident was reported on Wednesday night along Muranga-Mukurweini road.The incident happened after a car plunged into River Mathioya at Wachie area. According to Kenya Red Cross, several people, who were critically injured ,were rescued by good Samaritans and taken to Muranga County hospital."Car plunges into River Mathioya at Wachie, along Muranga-Mukurweini road. Casualties in critical condition retrieved by well wishers being evacuated to Muranga county hospital," Red Cross noted in its official twitter account on Wednesday night. The accident comes at a time when the country is mourning over 70 people who perished in different road accidents in less than three days with the recent one being the Sachangwan one along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway where 17 lives were lost with over 60 sustaining injuries.
