Nyamira ODM youth league chair Dennis Marube has said that they will continue with protests on Monday to push the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commissioners out of office.

Addressing ODM supports in Ekerenyo, Marube said that they will hold the demo came rain come shine on Monday.

“We will hold our demo on Monday as usual until this commissioners vacate office whether armed police will be there or not,” he said.

“We want also Jubilee supporters to join us on Monday to tell this commissioners to vacate office and lower down their tools for fair elections in Kenya," he added

Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) has been holding street protests against the electoral body claiming it is unfit to oversee the 2017 polls.
