Mbita MP Millie Odhiambo has been ordered to apologise to President Uhuru Kenyatta within 24 hours or face the wrath of a countrywide demonstration.

The order was issued by Mombasa women allied to the Jubilee party. Led by county organising secretary Amina Abdalla, the women termed millie's sentiment which she aired on Tuesday as disrespectful to the Head of State.

"The Head of State is a symbol of national unity, by abusing and belittling him is like doing the same to the Kenyans who elected him," said Amina.

The women said Millie's sentiments were a shame to all women in Kenya.

The same calls for apologies were also aired by Maendeleo ya Wanawake Organisation on Wednesday.
