Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama has blamed certain politicians accusing him of being behind the demos that rocked Nakuru town pressurizing Nakuru County Governor Kinuthia Mbugua to sack two top public servants Joseph Motari and Philip Sigei, the county secretary and chief officer Public Service Management Board respectively over hiring of alleged illegal workers.

Speaking during an evening fundraiser at Nakuru town hall, Arama said tribalism had taken root in the ad hoc committee report recommending for their removal. Arama, who is an ODM legislator but said is leaning towards Jubilee party.

"Both Motari and Sigei were only conveying messages on directives from the executive and public service management board thus they never erred,"said Arama.

The ODM legislator warned that Nakuru county would witness chaos if every politician comes out with its own people to demonstrate in defence for or against the ad hoc committee report to fire or retain the duo.

Nakuru county assembly through a two thirds vote and simple majority recommended for the sacking of the duo whereas three others implicated in the hiring of over 180 workers contrary to the Assembly recommendation that ECD teachers, nurses amongst others were to be employed but instead illegal workers were recruited.
