Newl elected Anglican Church of Kenya Archbishop Jackson Ole Sapit has officially been consecrated.

The consecration took place at Nairobi's All Saints Cathedral during a mass attended by thousands of faithful.

This now means Mr Sapit takes over the leadership of the ACK church Kenya Chapter after being handed over power by outgoing Archbishop Eliud Wabukala.

Wabukala will be remembered for his hard stand on corruption and tribalism in the country.
