While mature male lions are entitled to mating rights, not all males enjoy this existential privilege. During the mating season, the weak males get eliminated so that they don’t pass on weakness.

Refuse to be a reject. Refuse to be eliminated. While a relationship will certainly break before this year end must you be the victim? While someone must be sacked this year, must you be the one?

Someone will always be subordinate for a boss, must you be the subsidiary? When will you ever be served? While the poor will always be in the society, must you form the statistic? While a certain business will fail this year, must it be yours?

Folks from ordinary backgrounds own businesses? Why not you? Someone in your class enjoys a holiday overseas, why not you? Roughly 2.6 trillion shillings will change hands in Kenya this year, how much will pass through your hands? Must you always be the one rejected by the social-economic order?

The enemy will eliminate what we can eliminate. Play weak at the risk of your own extinction. There’s no space for weaklings in this life. You can’t afford to be a yo-yo swung by every player. You are in a fight. Brace yourself up for dominion. Nothing will be delivered to you on a silver platter.

The strong male lions pass on their seeds to the next generation. They pass on their influence. Where is your influence? In the corporate world? In creative arts? In business? In leadership? What do you have to show for your many years of hard labor? If you’re not influencing systems, you’re the weakling that nature rejects. If your influence can’t be experienced where you’re working, maybe it’s time to move on before you waste away.

What turns a lion from a cub to a respected king is a fierce fight with the reigning monarch. Without fighting the establishment, royal rights will never be revealed and affirmed. Fights are not for infants. Fights are for warriors. Is there a battle standing between you and your next level without which you’ll remain a grown-up kid or a fateful reject?
