Mr Kuria is on the spot for his latest remarks on his social media platforms where he questioned the police for allegedly not killing more protestors who were demonstrating against IEBC after they reportedly killed three people in Siaya and Kisumu.

Kuria, who has also been on the spot for various hate speech remarks, questioned the shooting ability of the police officers.

But the remarks haven’t gone down well with Apoko who accused the government of sparing the MP who is allegedly sowing seeds of hatred.

“I really wonder that a leader of that high caliber can make reckless remarks and go scot free. The law should not be applied selectively and time has come for the police to take action and arrest Moses Kuria,” Apoko said.

“He is uttering words with impunity and if this continues, we are setting a bad precedence for the country’s leadership, he deserves to be behind bars,” said the MCA who was arrested sometimes ago for allegedly demeaning President Uhuru Kenyatta.

He questioned the credibility of National Cohesion and Integration Commission which is headed by Francis Ole Kaparo.

“The NCIC is a toothless commission which is only being paid for work not done. These are some serious cases they should handle if they want to be relevant. I demand that the law is evoked without discrimination,” he added.
