One of the lawyers who was representing an interested party during the presidential petition has asked the Kenyan police to arrest NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his runing mate Kalonzo Musyoka.

According to the lawyer Mr Harrison Kinyanjui, both Odinga and Kalonzo should be arrested because of braching the election Act by harrasing and intimidating the IEBC.

Kinyanjui has written to Director of Public Prosecution(DPP) Keriako Tobiko to direct the police force to arrest the two opposition leaders.

"We demand for the investigation, arrest, and prosecution of Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka and Raila Amolo Odinga for uttering and repeating that statements to the effect that there will be no elections on October 26, 2017, as declared and set by IEBC notwithstanding that the Supreme Court of Kenya  ordered on September 1, 2017,  that pursuant to article 140(3)  of the Constitution, the presidential elections should be held within 60 days," reads the letter.

NASA has maintained until their irreducible minimums are met by the IEBC they will not take part in the October repeat polls.
