Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria now wants a Supreme Court officer who wrote a report that forms 34A and 34B appeared forged arrested and charged for misleading the top court.

Speaking during Mbele Iko Sawa caravan in Kitengela on Saturday, Kuria said the officer should be investigated and punished following revelations by Justice Njoki Ndung'u that her scrutiny showed the forms were genuine.

"The Supreme Court registrar was caught trying to change form 34As and 34Bs that Justice Ndung'u said had no problems. I urge the DPP to arrest the registrar since she was committing a crime," the controversial legislator stated, as quoted by the Sunday Nation.

In her full judgement reading, Justice Ndung'u revealed that her colleagues never scrutinised the crucial forms as they ruled in favour of Raila Odinga- the petitioner.

"The court, however, had the option to personally examine the original forms deposited in the registry; the majority did not do so," Njoki said.

"Having looked at all the forms 34A and 34B, I am satisfied that all the forms met the required threshold in form and content," the judge revealed further.

Kuria also said that he was willing to pay for forms 34A and 34B from Kisauni and Likoni to be put in the papers so that Kenyans can see that they had been signed unlike what was claimed by NASA lawyers in Supreme Court.
