Hired robbers have vandalised property at the house of 2013 Deputy Presidential candidate Winnie Kaburu in a row over property ownership.
According to Nation, a gang of around 50 people on Friday stormed her house in Westlands, Nairobi, armed with guns and other crude weapons after which they began destroying property.
She said that they broke the watchman’s foot and then injured her daughter who has been admitted to the MP Shah Hospital in Nairobi.
She claimed that she bought the property that is located on Raphta Road some distance off Pilipili Drive.
Kaburu said that she paid Sh14 million to one Mr Chanda although he had not transferred the property.
