Kitutu Chache North MP Jimmy Angwenyi has been urged to ask Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery to post two administration police officers at every coffee society in Kitutu Chache North constituency to provide security in those societies.
This comes after one of the Keera coffee society‘s security guard in the constituency was killed on Saturday night by unknown thieves who succeed to steal 110 sacks of coffee from the society.
Speaking to journalist on Sunday at Keera, Area coffee farmers led by Nicholas Kerunda appealed to their MP Jimmy Angwenyi to help them and ask Nkaissery to post two AP officers at their coffee societies to boost security.
“We need our MP to come to our aid by asking Security CS Nkaissery to post Ap officers at our coffee societies as a security measure,' said Kerunda.
