President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto have received a major boost after Jubilee's Kitui Central MP Candidate Moses Banda promised to deliver 10,000 votes to Jubilee ahead of the August general elections, Star has reported.
Uhuru will stand at a better position to beat National Super Alliance (NASA) in the region if the politician’s words are anything we can go by.
Speaking on Friday in Kwa Mbaa Kalaa village, the aspirant said that President Uhuru Kenyatta deserves another term in office, adding that they have done a lot for the people of this nation.
He called upon the electorate to shun divisive politics in order to elect leaders will change their lives if they ascend to power after the following general elections.
He also said politics of electing leaders based on tribe are no long applicable in the modern Kenya.
Meanwhile, both President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA presidential candidate Raila Amolo Odinga have intensified their campaigns in different parts of the nation.
The two leaders have not only asked their supporters to maintain peace but also promised to deliver victory ahead of the forthcoming general election as they face off for the last time.
