North Mugirango parliamentary hopeful George Onsongo has promised to create jobs for youth in a bid to stem unemployment in the area.
Onsongo said he has great plans for the constituency and wants to see it prosper both economically as well as in agriculture.
The aspirant made the remarks when he donated reflector jackets to boda boda operators in the constituency.
Onsongo who spoke at t a Nyamusi school grounds also appealed to other aspirants to assist residents and uplift them from poverty.
"If I am elected as the area MP, I have a good plan which will help create jobs for our youths thus tackle unemployment and poverty in our constituency," he added.
"Currently I am donating the reflector jackets to boda boda riders to ensure they adhere to road safety rules hence reduce accidents,"said Osongo.
