Patients visiting the public health centre are being attended to from a temporary make-shift tent.
The compound is also being given a face-lift.
Concrete pavements and a new gate are being constructed.
I met a young doctor who was on duty and when I asked him about the renovations he said, "This is not about the president's visit. We just want to upgrade our service delivery."
