According to the residents, the county government has not effectively collected garbage and has only been collecting that which is on the way side.

This has forced residents to bring their litter near the roads. There has been concerns by residents who have demonstrated.

Huge heaps of garbage are still visible in the town with private citizens, supporters of politicians and groups now taking it upon themselves to keep the town clean.
