Kisii county Governor James Ongwae has called upon all county residents to ensure they attend ongoing sub-county devolution conference and the major one to be held on Thursday.

In a short video posted on his facebook page on Wednesday, the governor said that devolution has been key in ensuring the region develops and there was a need for the residents to give their ideas on what they believe will be the best.

Currently, the devolution conference is ongoing at Keumbu social hall, Masimba CDF hall.

The major conference will be held at Kisii county social hall on Thursday 23 of November where major guests will address the audience.
