COTU secretary general Francis Atwoli has wildly condemned some western leaders over what he says as meager contributions to vital national issues like the IEBC stand-off.
Atwoli singled out Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) secretary general Ababu Namwamba after photos of the legislator nursing his baby went viral on social media.
Atwoli termed the fatherly photos of Ababu as a ‘Bad show off’ adding that the country was losing track due to lack of such leaders contribution.
‘Huo ni ushenzi na upumbavu ‘that is stupid’ some of us have more than one wife and grandchildren but we do not post their pictures everywhere,’ viciously stated Atwoli.
The COTU chairman condemned Namwamba for going underground while his party was busy rioting and struggling out for the eviction of Independent Electoral and boundaries commissioners.
Ababu publicized in parliament last week that he had been nursing of his wife Priscilla after she gave birth to their third born in April this year and it was by luck the demonstrations began at that time.
‘I have been out and about. We got a baby a month ago. So I have been busy on fatherhood leave,’ Ababu confirmed in parliament.
He, however, vowed that he would only sort out things that he had faith in and not simply since he was devoted to a certain party.
