Long serving Central Organisation of Trade Unions (Cotu) Secretary General Francis Atwoli has been elected for another five-year term.
Atwoli, who has served as COTU Secretary General for 14 years, was elected unopposed alongside 32 other officials.
The elections were held at the Tom Mboya Labour College in Kisumu on Saturday May 21 by delegates from across the nation.
In his acceptance speech, the vocal trade unionist requested President Uhuru Kenyatta to deal with corruption, which has eroded the economy.
He also vowed to continue working tirelessly for Kenyan workers.
He also thanked the Cotu members for having trust in him and assured them that he will continue fighting for better pay and rights of the Kenyan worker.
"The will of justice grinds slowly and those people who are busy amassing wealth by illegal means will pay for it dearly," he said.
