The Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary-General Francis Atwoli said that he would release the names of those involved in the shady sugar business.
Speaking in Khwisero on Saturday, the trade union supremo revealed that well-connected people were involved in the smuggling of unhealthy contrabands.
''Big people are involved in this sugar business. We will be revealing their names in the coming days. We will be naming them even if they are politicians,'' Atwoli said.
The strong words will come as a shocker to the unnamed individuals in the business.
Kenyans across the political spectrum have been demanding action to be taken against those involved in the smuggling of unhealthy contrabands.
Earlier Interior Cabinet Secretary had vowed to go for the jugular of the well-connected culprits.
