The Central Organisation Trade Union secretary general advised Sonko to take land grabbing matters will a lot of seriousness it deserves.
The COTU boss further asked the governor to bring to book the perpetrators of land grabbing to face the full wrath of the law.
He was reacting to governor Sonko's earlier speech in which he was asking the courts to punish heavily those county officials who embezzled the county's funds.
Speaking during a COTU delegations' meeting organised by governor Sonko at City Hall, Atwoli applauded Sonko for his effort to transform the city.
He also went ahead to urge the Nairobi county boss to put more effort in addressing problems facing staff of Nairobi city-county.

Mr. Atwoli put more emphasis on the issue of land grabbing reiterating that full force of the law should be applied on those who engage in land grabbing in the county.
He even went out of his way to ask the governor to assist a certain resident of South B in Mariakani area, a victim of land grabbing.
"Land grabbing syndicate in the city is real.I have a victim in Mariakani in South B and I want you as the governor to take the case up and assist those families," The Central Organisation Trade Union secretary general concluded.
