The auditor who unearthed the alleged Sh5 billion scandal at the health ministry has addressed reports linking him to the opposition.
Speaking on Tuesday while being grilled by the senate health committee over the alleged Afya House scandal, Bernard Muchere denied working closely with any politician either from the government or opposition coalitions.
Muchere is behind an audit the unearthed the alleged Afya House Scandal.
''I have been told that am being used by the opposition,that is not right,i don't deal with any politician and even my member of parliament does not know me,''said Muchere who also denied leaking the report to the media.
Muchere also downplayed claims made by Jubilee leaders and Afya House officials earlier that the audit was not correct and that the results were not accurate stating that the audit was done professionally.
