[Photo: nation.co.ke]The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) may not be off the hook as yet following the withdrawal of NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga on Tuesday.Thirdway Alliance party leader Dr Ekuru Aukot has said that he and his party will start engaging the IEBC immediately following the High Court's ruling on Wednesday that Aukot's name is included on the ballot for October 26 repeat elections. However, Aukot took a hardline stance similar to that of NASA saying that the election must free, fair and credible."In the next 15 days we shall engage the IEBC on the forthcoming elections and we are saying here and now that the issues we had raised at the Supreme Court must be addressed including and not limited to those who bungled the August 8 elections," Aukot told journalists outside Milimani Law Courts, Nairobi.Aukot also castigated IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati for excluding his name from October 26 contest saying that despite 'our smallness, we have proved to him that if you want to ignore the power of a mosquito, trying sleeping in a darkroom with it'.He hailed the ruling by the High Court which he said upheld 'law and justice'. The Thirdway Alliance Party leader has promised to issue a detailed statement on his candidature in the next two or three days.
