Thirdway Alliance leader Ekuru Aukot is now proposing a series of changes in the nation's operations.
Addressing the press Friday, Aukot who emerged second in the October 26 polls, making him the official opposition leader, pointed out over representation in the country as one of the factors that require immediate intervention.
He suggested a reduction of Members of Parliament to 194, saying that this will save the nation a portion of the huge amount of money being consumed by the leaders.
''We want the issue of over representation addressed. As the Thirdway Alliance, we propose that the number of MPs be reduced to 194 to cut down on the excessive billions being used to sustain our lawmakers,'' said Aukot.
He also warned against the reported theft and misuse of state resources, saying that the same is denying Kenyans their deserved development.
''We must end theft of borrowed money as this derives it from being used on its originally intended purpose, therefore denying Kenyans their needed services,'' he added.
The alliance also fronted divisive politics, selfish and conniving politics, dangerous political activities and refusal by the state to address historical injustices as some of the issues that must be addressed soon.
