The rhumba maestro landed in Nairobi early Thursday morning, ahead of the event to be held at the Arboretum Gardens, Nairobi.

Longomba, who is the uncle to US-Kenyan born Lovi and Christian Longomba flew-in on a Kenya Airways flight from London, UK and arrived at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in high spirits.

"Nairobi, Kenya. I'm ready for you!" Longomba told the press.

The 15th edition of the Koroga Festival is set to light-up the Nairobi festival circuit this Sunday.

Other artists set to perform at the event include Daddy Owen and H_art the Band.
