Opposition leader Raila Odinga was in Samburu county, Wednesday for a political tour.
He met locals, where he asked them to ensure the National Super Alliance (Nasa) takes over as Kenya's fifth government, in the August 8 elections.
Raila was also in the county for prayers.
He stayed up late to participate in a traditional prayer ceremony conducted by Samburu elders at the foot of Ngiro hills in South Horr.
The ceremony started midnight to 2:00am and resumed at 5:00am.
"The ceremony is reserved for few,'' he said.
With it, Raila said the elders committed the Samburu community to support the Opposition Movement, as he assured them that he would look after the interests of people of the Samburu community.
