Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been arraigned before a  judge at the Milimani High Court on Tuesday midday where he faces charges against anti-Uhuru utterances.

He made the sentiments during a NASA rally in Dagoreti North constituency on Sunday.

The first time MP is represented by senior counsel James Orengo and Otiende Amolo.
