Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been arrested.The ODM lawmaker said he was at the Milimani Law Courts, Thursday morning, and that the police had been sent to arrest him again.It is however not yet clear why he has been arrested, two weeks after he was released on bond, over alleged hate speech."I’m at Milimani Court and the police have been sent to arrest me again," said Owino.
